Hey guys new to the site...I am about 5'11 about 225...I have tried many supplements ranging from fat burners, weight gainers etc...I have even tried a cycle of Sus 250 and clems...I gained some good strength and cut down some...I Have a bad shoulder tho and hurt in the process of lifting im tryin to get back to where I was but would like to make some real changes...I know for most I need to get a better diet...I was wondering tho what would be good to take as far at trying to get slim yet put some major muscle on...Would love to get some help thanks...![]()
