No they will for sure control vitamins, very soon all supplements will be IMO

Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin and at that dose it is unlikely it will be metabolized therefore making it toxic at that level (ie study above). I think Americans go way overboard on their vitamins personally. Have you ever seen the DRI for B12? Its something like 50mcg yet people here take 100-200 times that amount via IM injections. Thats some expensive piss and poor pH balance.
