replacement for anit-e's

I have a question for all juicing guro's. will chrysin suffice for an anti-estrogen for a test/deca/d-bol/winstrol cycle,i have heard from many people that chrysin works just as well as the pharmacy shit for blocking estrogen and preventing gyno. also does chrysin work in the same way as clomid,will it help me keep my gains? and if chrsin will work just as well then how and when do i take it,how much dosage,and are there any other over the counter anti-e's that may help,thanx for all replies.

nothing works as well as nolvadex & arimidex, or everbody would be using it!! sorry!

I have heard that chrysin has the same basic characterisitcs as an anti-e, but is not nearly strong enough to be effective. Do a search, we had a thread on this before, I believe.
