    Oil Based Winstrol

    Is there a reason Winnie is Water based? Can it be made oil based?

    can be both ug labs will have mostly the oil based.

    Water based gear does assimilate quicker into the body than oil based which takes awhile to leach from the muscle. And like Jackman said UG and homemade gear is mostly oil based.
