drinking and dnp

WHAT NOT TO DO on a DNP cycle.

a) Do not under any circumstances consume alcohol or ANY type of diuretic while on a DNP cycle. Alcohol and diuretics will dehydrate you and can cause SERIOUS problems.

im on 200mg for 25 days not doing the 600mg crap. i tip my hat to those who can stand it this 200mg is kicking my ass. especially the dehydraation/sweating walking furing 40 degree weather.
