That site was posted a while back on here. Don't see a reason for buying a "tester" kit to ensure you're gear is legit. Why not just study up on what legit gear looks like. Plus, trusting your source - mexican or domestic - has a lot to do with whether it will be real or not.

I have called and e-mailed the company. The numer was disconected and noone responded. I even called the number that the domain was registered on and no responce. I think that the site is a scam because on a photo the expiration date was last year (march) and if a product was ccreated like that, it would not be a secret. Especially if it was created over a year ago. I wouldnt send money in.
