Yeah I think they are 18ga. My suggestion is to inject the rediject into your own, smaller pin then shoot it. SUS already hurts like hell why be a martyer and use the pin it came in?!? Just my 2 cents

??????? the Organon Sus doesn't hurt at all. it's the Ttokkyo Testanon 250 that's got a little sting to it. the only thing that sucks about the Organon redi-jects is that they come with an 18g needle.....change that out with a 23 and you'll be fine.

Ya they do come with 18g needles. I've always had pain with all sus. I don't know, ** supposedly have new "painless" ones. Haven't try them yet.
