nolvadex ???

just a few questions for who ever can answer. a mate of mine told me to take my nolvadex at night cause it makes you sleepy, is this true or bull****?
strated a cycle of sus 750ml/week and dbol 30mg/ed this week, do u think i should add anything else to this cycle would like to add deca but i can find any deca i trust here in aus, only deca 50 and its too expensive. i will be ending my cycle off with winstrol.
