MY first cycle was sust500 a week. and i didnt gain over 8lbs... it wasnt good at all i dont know if it was fake or not but i finished it through. im plaaning a second cycle and wanted to ask ur opinions. i can get my hands on DECA,EQ,enthanate,winny,and i dont want nemore sust..please help me
Sorry to hear about your first cycle...but I find 1 AS buy itself doesn't really work the magic we all hope for...taking several AS in smaller amount brings better results...
So here it is :
week 1-4 d-bol 30-40mgs/day
week 1-10 Enan 500mgs/week
week 1-10 Eq/deca 400-600mgs/week
week 9-12 winnie 50mgs/day
start clomid 2 days after last winnie intake...300mgs 1st day, then 100mgs for 10 days, then 50mgs for 10 days.
You should be happy with the results of this begginer stack.
P.S don't forget to EAT! EAT! EAT!...atleast increase your cal by 1500!
How long was the cycle?
OH!...I forgot to mention one of my training partners is on the same stack and he gained 12lbs in the first 2 weeks..it's now week 8 and he's up a total of 21lbs. he's 21 years old been training for 4 years. started the cycle at 177lbs and now 198lbs.
my cycle was 8weeks... i dont want to stack with 3 AS. only 2 at the most..please help
deca/test cant be beat
wat kind of test is good wit deca , im not using sust again..haha
i like mallet's cycle. just choose deca or eq. i prefer eq cause it's estrogen is easier to deal with than deca's progesterone.
