My first was a test/deca cycle . heres my next 1:

wk 1-4 Anadrol (50-100mg??)
wk 1-14 TestE 500mg
wk 1-12 EQ400mg
wk 12-16 winny tabs (50mg??)

wk 14-16 HCG
Nolva
l-dex
clomid PCT

My questions are How much do you think is a good dose of the Anadrol and winny....plz post from experience , not what you've read..And whats the halflife of both/how often do i take them?

I do something more like this.

Week 1-12 Test e 500mg p/w Divided in two
Week 1-10 equip 400mg p/w Divided in two
Week 11-14 Winny

Forget about the a-bombs.
Don't forget nolvadex + pct.

I find 100mg to be the right amount for me...50mg/ED works well, but strength goes through the roof with 100mg. if it is your first time running it, i would make sure bp and sides aren't limiting you with 50mg as some people just don't take anadrol very well. I don't get ungodly retention or acne from Drol like I do with Dbol.

I also have much better results with 100mg of winny, however this is personal opinion again. Make sure you can handle any sides before increasing the dosage.

The half lives are both short, but you are running the compounds every day, so you could also just take each 1 time ED. If you choose to run it that way, take it at the SAME time (ie. 12 noon each day) to help keep your blood concentrations as stable as possible.

Additionally, I don't see why Green recommended you drop the Drol as well as shorten the length of the cycle. I think Anadrol is the superior choice to kickstart especially if your body doesn't reject it.

Everything looks fine to me, but you might consider getting some more HCG to run throughout the cycle as opposed to only running it during post. Your HPTA will not be as pronounced, and post will be easier. Good luck bro.
