    Winny Tabs

    IToday I am entering the 9th week of my cycle in which I am addaing Winny Tabs at 50mg every day. They are 25mg tabs. I know I should take on in the morning and one at night, but with food or without? And how soon will I be able to notice the effectiveness of 50mg Winny everyday for 5 weeks? Thanks Everybody!

    With food or without is up to you, I think on an empty stoach would be better but that's just me. It'll take a week or 2 before you see anything.
