youll get a variety of responces on this one but imo if your only going to be doing 30 mg pop em all 1 hr before working out.
doesn't matter IMO. whatever gives you a better psychological boost. 1hr before workout may just do that.
I spread mine out throughout the day, 8 hours apart.
Dr. Derek is correct, Dbol has a half life of about 3-4 hours. It is best to "spread" the dosage out during the day.
i spread mine out. if you have access to a differant brand of gear than TT, i would switch up. the testonon hurts like hell, debilitatingly so, and i didnt like the dbol at all. the deca is good though.
Testonon is only going to hurt if it is Lot# 124 or 125....Quote:
