AS Testing: Once and for all

From what I understand/researched.....

A.S. testing, which is 99% by urine, only tests the PH levels in your urine. I was lead to believe that your PH levels increased when on gear and return to normal no more then 1-2 months after PCT (closer to 1 month). Blood and hair testing is totally different.... closer to a year i believe?

If anyone has anything to add or wants to tell me i have no fcking clue what im talkin about.... state yo minds....

Sports-Doping Urine tests are NOT solely measures of PH

1.Ph is tested to make sure no alterations have been made to the sample urine (like adding bleach to hide metabolites)

2.Temperature is tested immediately to confirm that the urine is body temperature(and not coming from any catheter-like device strapped to the body)

3.It is sent to the lab to be tested for compound-metabolites

ANd yea... hair testing is more conclusive..compounds are present in hair samples for months...maybe a year

I have heard of shampoo's that will let you pass a hair test, do these items work?

So, then how is AS tested in the Urine and how long does it take to get out??
