Dont want to hinder my gains by doing cardio now, I play b-ball, but while on d-bol it is hard to run or jump or move much.

how long after? as soon as I end pct or wait a while after pct? or as soon as i end the cycle.
i would start to eat cleaner and throw in some moderate cardio. you dont want to over do it and lose muscle. lay off the arroz con gandules and chuletas.

i would wait to wory about the fat till after my pct when my levels are back to normal.
after my first cycle i waited until after pct to hit cardio. i figure this is the best way because during pct you will loose alot of water bloat. this way it is easier to see the fat that's left after your cycle.plus jackman is correct once you have more muscle then fat it is easier to cut up.Quote:
