best starter cycle/ something easy or something hard?

I've been discussing with a few of my friends about what the best first cycle is for beginners. So far the argument has either been something easy to get them started, or something harder to suprise and stimulate their system. Just wanting some insight and thoughts into the matter.

Harder to suprise their system????hmmm. Doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me. Anywho, MY answer is testosterone .

Straight single ester test for 10 weeks at 500mg and pct 2 weeks after last shot.
