I have some ox handy and was wondering if it would help withcutting up a bit. I do want to lose fat, but was wondering with excercise and ox, maintain the mass i do have, maybe had a pound or two of muscle. Just an idea, and was just wondering about this combination. Like a 6-7 week cycle of ox during a 12 week cycle of clen. Also a big question with the clen now is the whole benadryl thing, My cycle was going to consist of clen and eca, 2 weeks on and off, but if i use benadryl ( clears the receptors from what i read) every third week, i can stay on the clen at its plateu and not worry about the eca, just want to know if i got this right. wouldn't mind staying on clen the whole way through if possible.
