when to up doses

how often is it necessary to up doses .gearing up for 3rd cycle and not sure how much juice i need .first cycle was deca only .9 weeks started with 200 mg and tapered up to 360 mg. i know this was a mistake. 2nd cycle sostenon 250 for 12 weeks at 500 mg week midway through cycle i started throwing in prop at 50 mg eod equaling 650mg of test ,weeks 6 through 9 then back down to 500 mg week 10 through 12 ,also ran deca at360mg week1 through 10 this probably was two much test for second cycle. third cycle will include 20ml of prop 100 and 20 ml of cyp 250 .deca is on the way. what else do i need and how much should i take?

i wouldnt even up ur doses or taper off.

if u only have 20ml of prop then i would front load with prop at like 75mg/day for the 1st 4 weeks along with 500mg/cyp and 400mg/deca for 10-12 weeks. nolva on hand and a proper pct.

when you say front load do you mean run the prop and the cyp at the same time

thanks devldog for the post on frontloading i read it and think i understand, though i can be a bit dense at times how dose this look?

wk 3-12 cyp 500 mg wk
wk 1-10 deca 400 mg wk

i woulod start the cyp and prop on the same day and just run the cyp til week 10 and the deca to week 10 as well then start pct. JMO....

thanks tycin but everything i have been told on this site in the past said that test should be ran at least one wk past deca.i have allready experienced a deca dick nightmare on a deca only cycle. could you shed some light on this for me.should i get more test?

basically with deca pct should star 21 days after last injection,cyp is 18 days.

you start both tests at same time. you do this because prop kicks in fast and cyp will take 3-4 weeks to kick in.

that would give me enough test for 10 wk is this long enough or should i get more gear? this is my 3rd cycle it has been 8 months since last cycle

10 weeks should b good, i would persoannly run it 15 weeks or so but 10 weeks will b good enough.

OK. this is not a suggestion, but a question. Would this be a good idea????

wk 1 - 4 75mg prop ed
wk 1 - 10 cyp 500 mg/wk
wk 1 - deca 800mg <=====front load deca in first week
wk 2 - 9 deca 400mg/wk

you can front load the deca in week 1 and end the deca at week 9.
