Ive Been thinking and would like input
a question of thought about all of the Old school BodyBuilders like Arnold, Franco, Mike Metzer etc obviously noone knows what they did for gear but how did they stay so ripped up and dry with no water when they did not even do much cardio heres what crosses my mind that they did such low doses of AAS that they did not bloat whatsoever but i dont know just thought id post it see what people think

that is a good question.
could it be that they did low doses of orals like winni and masetron for long periods of time?

Like you said... nobody knows for sure.... But it was been said that Arnold has a HUGE fan of Dbol .

but with d-bol you hold a lot of water or so i thought. he looked pretty ripped.

they didnt juice! just good diet and hard work

Arnold did a lot of cardio, i think something like 5 miles every morning... read it in his encyclopedia

I thought he ran alot to but then read in a flex magazine that he didnt do much cardio

Flex mag would have you believe that Arnold was God himself. As for your question yes AAS where new things to these guys and were not as available like today, so they had no choice to low dose, HOWEVER they did the exact opposite to thw pros of today, todays pro are huge/fat in the off season when it's show time them cut up. Arnold, Zane etc were small in the off-season then got huge on-season (kevin levone style). Most/ALL of the pics of arnold are of of him getting ready for competitions or at one.

Yeah, I agree with Big klg. I have a lot of Arnolds books and it is true that he never bulked up in an off season. And he did do a lot of cardio.
