    What amount of weight did you DNP users lose after you finished your DNP cycle.... what doses did you use?

    I know its subjective and is determined by what you eat and your genetics just trying to get a general Idea!

    I lost 18 lbs. I ran a 20 day cycle. 200mg for the first 15 days, and 400mg for the last 5.

    I'm on 400mg a day right now. After 4 days at 400mg along with 10mg of sibutramine and a perfect diet I've lost 13lbs.
