    Deca Question

    What's the recommended dosage of Deca per week if im just starting out on it for the first time

    400mg a week.....but you need to take test with it...deca only = no no!!

    some stats would help us. if it is a first time around 400mg/week.
    i really hope you got some teswt to go with that. and a solid pct.
    i would recomend ya do some more research

    i ran 500mgs test and 300 mgs deca for first cycle.. it worked out well
