Frustrated!!!!
Today is the start of my 4th week in my 12 weeks cycle and i gained lik 8 lbs in the first 2 weeks but the 3rd week i didnt really gain ne thing i stayed at 192 and started at 184 this is supposed to be the week that i start seeing some serious gains....Im trying for another 10 lbs in the next 2 weeks ne one thnk thats possible???
my cycle: 12 weeks of test e 500mgs/week
10 weeks of deca 400 mgs/week
Workouts are great but i know i need to be a lil more strict on my diet

Well I would need to see what your takin. Are we just supposed to guess.. LOL
Post up your stats and cycle and we will be able to help out some more.
I would guess you were using Prop or dbol and that is where you got them gains from.

whats ur cycle consist of. plus how was ur diet training and rest for that week

what you gained was water..you will start seeing results around the 6th week...as long as your diet is in check.

The first 4 weeks or so you generally gain a lot of water. After those 4 weeks you should begin to add lean mass but only if you are eating enough. Most people see the hyoooge initial weight gain and figure they are eating enough, but it was jsut water and they really were NOT eating enough, and so the "gains" mysteriously stop. Up the calories! You will grow grow grow on that cycle! It is popular and has a proven track record.

Be patient, test takes 4-6 weeks to kick in.
