Time Off Cycle - 4 weeks??
Hello. I'd like to get some feedback regarding a question I have. I am on the following 10 week cycle:
200 mg Deca (1ml)
Sustanon 250 (1ml)
Test. Prop. 200 mg(4 ml)
Once the cycle has finished, how long should I stay off? Four weeks? I have read conflicting information about the length of time that you should be off.
Also: The rules as I understand them are:
- Do not post sources
- Do not ask for sources
- Do not talk about sources
How is one supposed to find any reliable sources?
Any feedback/info you have would be great!

they say time on = time off....give your body some time to recover and get back to healthy again...know what i mean?

So this is per week ?? What are yours stats ? (training years, height, weight, cycle experience, etc...... - we don't need 40 yard dash time....). Most will say to run something like this :
deca - 400 mg's week - 10 weeks
sus - 500 mg's week - 10 weeks
d-bol - 30 / 50 mg's day - 4 weeks
or
deca - 400 mg's week - 10 weeks
prop - 400 mg's week - 10 weeks
d-bol - 30 / 50 mg's day - 4 weeks
I wouldn't think it would be wise to run Sus & Prop for the same amount of time in 1 cycle. Of course you can also use Prop to sort of jumpstart a cycle. The d-bol is a jumpstart as well.

time on = time off, always. for heavier cycles i'd suggest more time off.
no one on this board knows of any online sources.

I am 6', 200 lb, not a lot of fat. 34 yo. Never measured anything, so I don't have any kind of measurements.
The amounts indicated are per week, over a 10 week period.
This is my third cycle. The first and second cycles were lower amounts. I wanted to see how my body reacted, etc.
I don't have any D-bol, so putting that in my cycle isn't an option at this point.
I've been going to the gym on and off for about 12 years. I've never made the kind of progress I want. With this stuff however, I've noticed a difference. I have some acne, but thats about it for side effects. I've noticed a strength increase and I'm able to endure more pain. I also have more energy.
I do legs one day, back & chest another, arms & shoulders another. One day of rest in the mix. Sometimes my work schedule interferes with the workout schedule due to the on-call stuff.
