Was Lundgren a juicer?
Looks to me like he was. Dude got big and ripped pretty quick.
I wonder what he used?
He had a decent physique without the hardcore bodybuilder look.

I'm sure he used something, who knows what it was though.
Although I will say, his physique isn't out of reach for some people naturally.. he could just have a good genetic background.

You have never seen him in that movie then. Was something to do with clint eastwood training new recruits in the army. I know I saw it many many years ago when i was a teen, but holy **** i thought i had never seen anyone bigger. He was def juicing in that movie. Maybe because i was so young he seemed a lot bigger. Would like to see the clip again But i remember he was an absolute monster!!!

i'd say yes

yes, to clarify both dolph lundgren and sly were both juicng back in the day. i'd say they were both using mild dosed cycles for longer periods of time and just keeping it extreme when it comes to dieting. they both look amazing. But yes, if asked if he used steroids i can easily say they were, but in a different manner than the guys in bodybuilding today.

I never heard anything about dolph, but I heard sly used winny during rambo. Makes sense because he only weighed somewhere around 180-185lbs but was really vascular.
Another "had to be juicer" was George Lynch from the 80's rock band dokken. At 40 years old he was scrawny, then a couple years later he was massive. No way you can gain over 30 lbs in 2-3 years at that age.

i think they did low dose cycles... steroids werent demonized in the 80's yet

Dolph has good bone structure and could probably have been a highly placed amateur bodybuilder if he had been into it. I think it is pretty obvious that he and Stallone both had pharmaceutical help. I would like to know who their guru was. They got very nice results that matched their needs to a "T".

ya i really look up to the guys like sly and dolph, but more particular ed corney. The guys of bodybuilding back in the 70s-80s were unbelievable looking. Thats what im after when achieving the ultimate body, to look like them. I just wish i knew what types of cycles and what they were on to get that big but in that type of physique and size.

The way to really tell if someone juiced
The real way to tell if someone juiced or not is to see how their physique looks when they are off. If you look at Dolph in the B movies he was doing in the mid 90's, he looks NOTHING like his prime condition in the 80's. Part is age, but his whole physique is just much smaller and less toned. Stallone is not as certain, as he was broke and certainly not on the juice for Rocky 1, however really had most of the size he ever had. Sly has rarely gone over 180-185. He also still has an incredible physique now. Possibly some prescribed growth but he's pushin 60 and looks unbelievable. Only thing he did was get massively cut, which makes people look much bigger onscreen. Sly is also about 5'8 and a mesomorph so it is theoretically possible he was natural in the 80's.

Peter Koch
Peter Koch played Swede Johanssen in Heartbreak Ridge with Clint Eastwood. Kock was a first round pic of the Cincinnatti Bengals after playing football at Maryland.
