how To Lose Fat Quick As Hell??
I'm 6'2" 205lbs. At my current frame I would be shredded at about 190lbs. I am taking 50mg by mouth daily. My diet is not really well planned. I basically just eat little portions of food with low carbs, good protien, no fat, and low cals. My cardio is hockey 2x a week.
How much cardio should I do a week to maximize fat loss fast as possible. The only fat i have is my bicycle tire around my lower waste. Every where else is pretty cut naturally. I've always heart you can do to much but can you really?
And suggestions on excact values of a diet?

50mg of what? I follow the cutting diet in the diet section almost exactly. My only cardio comes from karate once a week, the rest is weights. I have a solid 4 pack and working on 6 and love the way I look. I hope that 50mg isn't just winny by itself.

50 mg of winny my bad did not realize i left that out. I am pretty cut already I have good def. everywhere but I am extremly prone to fat in the lower mid section. I have 4 cubes but then a bicycle tire where the lower 2 should be. Looking to lose the fat and shred then slowly gain weight while staying somewhat cut.

Seperate your meals into Protein/healthy fats (unsaturated), and protein/carb (complex carbs) that should help out. And eat more of the pro/fat meals then the pro/carb ones.
