i just started my winny in my t200, winny cycle i am taking 50mgs a day half in the morning and half at night is that right, also my cal a day are about 3500 and protien is about 246. should i now change any thing to my diet like less carbs or what also what will winny do to my muscle"what changes"? iam 5'10 180 very lean, thanks guys for every thing..
