    help please winny question

    i just started my winny in my t200, winny cycle i am taking 50mgs a day half in the morning and half at night is that right, also my cal a day are about 3500 and protien is about 246. should i now change any thing to my diet like less carbs or what also what will winny do to my muscle"what changes"? iam 5'10 180 very lean, thanks guys for every thing..

    Winny will also add to vascularity. You should notice increased hardness in your muscles with in a week.

    Don't decrease your carb intake. You need the carbs when training. Just know what carbs to eat and when to eat them. Carbs don't make you fat. Eating too much of anything makes you fat. The excessive protein that alot guys intake goes to fat because the body does not use it all. With you sitting at 180 "very lean" the worst thing you could do is lower your carb intake. The muscle changes will come with proper resistance training. Your diet is fine just make sure you are eating frequently. Winny is not an overnight cure, you'll see the results soon.

    My only suggestion would to try to get the protein up to 300 grams a day. Even at 1 and a half times your body weight (that would be 270) which is the norm your still under. Your body will take it and you will grow.

    yeah, don't decrease carbs.

    winny will also hurt your joints.
