    Ok, im on first day of week 3 of my sust250 cycle. I take 500mg EW split into 2 shots. This is my first cycle. I noticed a nice strength increase but no gains as of yet. Should I be gaining weight already or is it too early??? I have no water retention at all. My diet is pretty good. Am I just being paranoid???

    Second question. If u are prone to estrogen gyno, does that mean you are prone to progesterone gyno as well?

    could take 4 weeks or more. Are you starting w/ any tabs (ie, dbols)? That would help.

    bro , re-read you second question? It doesn't sound right to me?

    thanks! i ment estrogen.
    no i did not start with any orals. this is my forst cycle so i just wanted to see how i respond to sust. i didnt want to overload on my first cycle.

    just be patient and you'll see gains.

    estrogen and progesterone induced gyno are similar, but work through 2 different receptor types. if you're prone to one then you're likely prone to the other, but not necessarily.

    if i dont front load or take any orals i start feeling it in week 5 so as u ca see everyone is different.and as dr evil said they are different and it doesnt necesarrily mean that u would be prone to progesterone gyno if your prone to estrogen gyno.

    You should see weight gains already. The strength comes later.

    im 165lb 5'8 . this is my first cycle. i just wanted to go light and see how i respond.

    I have done 2 cycles of sus on its own and have made great gains both times.And it should take 4 weeks to kick in...

    If you aren't gaining weight then you aren't eating right. To be more blunt...you aren't eating enough. Just because you have a "good" diet doesn't mean you'll grow. You have to eat more calories than you use in a day in order to gain muscle mass...No getting around that fact of human physiology. You should have gained weight by now if your diet is correct. Contrary to poular beleif sust doesn't take 4 weeks to kick in. More around 4-6 hours as the prop realeses very rapidly upon administration. After two injection your plasma testosterone levels are far above "normal" reference range thus your body in in a hyper-anabolic state a lot quicker than most people think. Bottome line of weight gain is diet.

    I havent none sus yet to "kick in" in 4-6 hrs...if your meaning gaining weight. unless you use a kickstart oral such as d-bol most injections take around 4 weeks before u start noticing gains

    Try for 25kcal per pound and I recommend 2g of protein per lb.

    This isn't enough bro. Nathans' suggestion is about right on the money. You shoould be consuming at leat 4000 cals a day, probably more, and 350+ grams of protein. Something along the lines of 350g protein/ 500g carbs/ 70g fat will get you to 4000 cals a day. Gotta eat if you wanna grow.
