getting sick from winstrol??

im taking a cycle of winstrol right now.. 50mg EOD. i felt fine in the first week, now im on my second week of it. I took some day quil before work because i was feeling sick. Then when i was at work i felt really dizzy and almost passed out. You think it was the dayquil maybe or the winny?..thanks

although winny is considered a mild anabolic dizziness is a symptom of high blood pressure...get it checked.
