I would really appreciate some advice.
I'm in my eigth week of cycle below. 1st cycle ever. I'm 6'2, 195lbs. Eating 2500 calories a day trying to cut body fat to 10%. I'm at 12%. 300-400 grams protein/day.
Week 1-3 200mls Deca
Week 3-6 200mls Deca 200 mls aratest 2500
Week 8-10 400mls aratest 2500
intense cardio 2 days/wk
intense weight training 4 days/wk
Body is responding with nice rips, leaning out. Nice strength gains. Can anyone recommend when and what I can jump on to really get serious for 2nd cycle?
