Before I start my first cycle I want to know what I am doing. I am 23 and I am a MMA pro fighter. I am not trying to bodybuild. I just want to enhance my performance. It used to be considdered cheating but now everyone is doing it and its hard to keep up with the competitiion. I am still not sure about it but I would like to find some really good and accurate info before I make a decision.
I was wondering about Mick Hart's - The Layman's Guide???

Actually, most of those books are geared towards bodybuilders. Not very good for fighters. I'd say you could read a few of them, but for real answers, you need to post questions here, and ask other fighters what gear has worked for them.
For example, reading most of those books, you'd assume Tren would be great for a fighter...but from talking to other fighters, you'll find out quickly that Tren reduces your cardiovascular capacity greatly.
Go to the fighitng forum, alot of fighters there that can help.
