Ok bros, I started a prop cycle a few days ago. now I am a f---ing cripple...lol
I hit my leg, I can hardly walk. hit my shoulder now it hardly moves.
and well f--k, I wont even talk about my bicept. (must sound like a whiney bitch)![]()
I tossed in a little b-12 but that seems to do nothing. Is ther any thing else I can do? will it get better as the bod gets used to it? this is making training real hard. Thanks bros
