How long have you been training? Whats ur age/stats?
check in the members pics forum too
these are pics from 7 months of lifting. all natural. i started my first cycle of oil based t-400 in october but had reaction after the first 2 injections in my deltoids and have sustained bruises which i still have. It has scared the **** outta me from every taking steroids again. I still need to go to a doctor to get medication or something to remove the bruises which wont go away on their own

t-4 is pointless you shouldn't be messing with your thyroid this early in the game. It is for advanced users and most use t3 which is actually decent for weight loss.
you did your first shot in your delt.....interesting.....meds for the bruising is a new one........you might want to get a tan....nice transformation thoughOriginally Posted by yeahlang

Looking good, bro. Nice transformation.
theres tons of b4 and after pics in the pic forum, browse thru there.
Seems like you could have made these gains naturally in a little more time. It's best to wait after a base is built, but seems like you've made some good progress.Originally Posted by yeahlang
i've only injected myself twice with oil based test-400....i developed bruises from the injection which are still there today. I dont think i'll ever go back to the needle.
Try a different site maybe
Its not the needle, its the the T400Originally Posted by yeahlang

Good progress
Could try splitting up the shots and doing 1/2 cc EOD
so you're saying you did this natural? if so way to go bro but the people on this board aren't that gullibleOriginally Posted by yeahlang
even if you trained for 2 or more years you couldn't have gained that much naturally, yet alone in 7 mos.

i was kind of thinking, just looking through the pics that some of the gains probably came from the cycle that was started that left the bruise in the delt? if so, i wonder how much. bro? great progress, regardless.

He is talking about T-400, which is an oil based test, not T-4 which is a combination of syntroid and T-3, read and understand b4 you post and confuse some noob!Originally Posted by ChefJ

The best way to stay motivated is to keep improving and seeing results. While other peoples "before and after" pics seem to motivate you, it also may give you a false sense of hope. You may start comparing yourself to someone who is more experienced and knowledgeble. And if your "after" pics dont even compare to anyone here, what will that do to your motivation? I suggest focus on your goals and what you have to do to improve. Take pics of yourself and instead of comparing your afters to other people, focus on how much you improved and go from there. IMO the best sense of accomplishment is setting a goal and work my a$$ off to accomplish it and learn from the process.Originally Posted by sarge

3.i was not talking sh@t. in my opinion the person that started this thread was by claiming he was natural when he is obviously not.
4.respect your elders.
