very reliable, but if you're going to use it to pay for anything illegal then don't. the reason is it leaves a huge trail. if the seller gets busted then his accounts will be investigated. while they probably won't be able to prove you were involved in anything illegal simply by purchasing something from him, it would be convenient to avoid the whole matter to begin with.
yes, you do need to provide either bank accnt info or credit card info.

Western Union. Fast, reliable and CASH only!! A little more expensive, but worth it in my opinion. The receiver doesn't even have to show ID if you do the test question and answer option.

wu is too damn expensive and inconvenient for my taste. you won't find a lot of domestics who get a lot of business willing to do that.

western union charges a different amount depending on what amount your sending...the lowest is a $15.00 charge if sent to a person..thats if your sending .01 to $100.00..then it bumps to 22.00 then 29.00 etc....a fixed rate of $12.95 is charged if sent to a company...gotta love being a western union agent

I kept trying to send almost $600 with a ccard on paypal, and it wouldn't let me, said I needed a bank acct. I just split up the payments into three payments and they all three went through. It was fuct up because it said I had a $1000 limit but wouldnt let me send that much in one single payment I guess. just send 200 then 200 then whatever is left.

That's the same problem I had with Paypal. Pain in the arse!!
Ok guys, explain other option if:
Paypal: paper trail & doesn't work worth a shit sometimes.
Moneygram: 10%
Western Union: Too expensive.
How are you suppose to send money then? Cash is too risky in my opinion and does a take a few days. Most people I am trying to send money to don't take credit cards (wish they did!!). Most won't take a personal check for some reason either ?? lol
How do you send money then without costing so dang much????

Paypal is good, reliable and very popular, they wouldn't fuck you over, but yes, you need credit card, so it's kinda risky, up to you...but overall, Western Union would be the safest bet.

I used to sell cable and satellite hacking equipment over the net. I had customers send BLANK Postal Money Orders. You are allowed to purchase around $700 per day at one post office. So if you needed to something that was over $700 you just went to the post office in the other town or waited till the next day. Never had any problems doing business that way and the money orders were like 80 cents per money order.

MG is not 10%. My last transaction was $600 and the charge was 38 bucks I think. That's not even 7% and that one went overseas. MG is safe and requires no ID.

actually if you're sending funds overseas then cash is not safe. i've known customs to intercept cash before and they'll usually just send it back to you. go with money orders if your source will let you.
