    Recommended cycle?

    This post is for experienced people, I'm a complete newbie to cycling, but these are my goals. I'm 5'11" 195 right now, I've probably got about 10lbs of fat that I want to take off of me in the next month, while gaining muscle. All in all I want to lose the fat, get ripped, be about 200lbs and be able to dunk (I'm about 4 more inches away from dunking). What do yall recommend? I'm a complete newbie so I need some detail here on what to get, how much to take, how to take it, when to take it, and what to expect.

    some questions: how will cycling affect my temperment?
    Can I eat a ****eload of food if I'm working out?
    How much and often can I work out?
    Should you taking lots of supplements like creatine?

    I am willing to do whatever it takes to reach these goals and I will do whatever it takes to maintain my muscle afterwards.

    to reach these goals i reccomend a cycle oif...... RESEARCH! best drug there is IMO. do some more research bro, dont come here and ask us to figure something out for u.

    would u want to shoot something into your body that u konw nothing about? possible side effects and all that stuff? not trying to flame, just read more please

    If I did my math correctly, you are at about 5% Body Fat?

    Do you have 10lbs of fat or 10% fat.

    How low BF do you wanna get to? 5% is pretty darn low.

    Me thinks someone needs to do some research and define some CLEAR and CONCISE goals for himself.

    You want to dunk a basketball? PRACTICE. A lot. JUMP. A lot.

    Saying you will do whatever it takes is never a good mentality to have. There are many more important things besides dunking and being ripped...unless you are in high school, of course.

    yea, youll be surprised what you learn start with some good and simple books about it like anabolics 2004, it tells you about all sorts of things

    need more personal info from you......
    1. cycling can and prob will affect your temporment....if your a dick to begin with you might be a bigger dick
    2. you can always eat a butload of food
    3. you can work out as much as you can take it
    if you are asking theese questions, you need to do some research....this site is a great start
