when doing long acting esters ive always split my injections into twice a week. my next cycle is going to be very low dose im doing 350 mil of test and 250mil of deca a week is it really necessary to split this in to twice a week or would mixing this all in 1 dart 1 time a week be suffice?

Try to split it up into twice a week. Its always good to try to keep your blood level consistant.
