LOTS OF WATER... the sweating gets bad towards the end of the cycle..
P.S. Drink lots of water bro :) I made the mistake of slacking on the water a couple days and it was HELL.. dry mouth, dry skin, dry everything.. it sucked.. I sweat non-stop and I held so much water cause I wasn't drinking enough.
should i use visine eye moistureizer or contact solution cuz i wear soft contacts
i always have a glass of water to hand, i dont swet much but it makes me feel like i have no energy at all if i dont drink.Quote:

i had a thought the other day, take you DNP capsule in the morning with the epherdrine and try to last till lunch without something to eat, im thinking it should be like doing cardio in the morning, it should help burn faster. (then again DNP is in your system for 36hours)
