DBol Pumps?

what causes the pumps in ur lower back from dbol i do tree work and dam i cant even bend down after 10 minutes of lifting stuff

Eh, for some reason everyones always talking about back pumps in the lower back. I get major pumps every but my lower back on dbol . Like the other bros said, drink more water and make sure your diets in check.

I used to get complete upper body pumps in the middle of the night. I would wake up and have to stretch out for 5 min before I could get back to sleep. They were crazy I was on alot of dbol though.
