How long until Ephedra cuts appetite

I am thinking that I need somthing to cut down on my hearty appetite during a DNP cycle. I have had success with DNP in the past but would lie the extra benifit of appetite suppresion.
So, how long does it take for ephedra to supress your appetite, and how much do you need to take.

I wouldn't use ephedra while on DNP . Too much stress on your body. Play it safe and stick it out. Try and have some will power instead of relying on supps.

Is there any alternative to ephedra based supps? I need that KICK at the gym!

I buy the ephedrine HCL which can be found easily online, I use 25mgs 3x daily with 200mgs of caffeine each time. Works great for me.
