DNP - Question On The Weight That You Lost...
For those who have had results of 10lbs+ in 10+ days, how much of that weight lost do you think was LBM and did the weight come back on as fast as it came off.
There's been so much hype around DNP that I'm curious as to how well you maintained your BF% post-DNP.

I've researched it but came across very little in terms of maintenance and post-DNP .

the weight that comes off stays off no rebound effect that was with a crappy diet and it was deff fat loss and not muscle

I am taking it right now, day 7. I have never sweated more in my life-minus being a roofer in the dead of summer- this stuff works well, I don't know how much weight I have lost, but I can clearly see my abs, which I couldn't do 7 days ago. Muscles are flat do to lack of glycogen.

My friend ran 13 days... 3 days at 200... 7days at 400 then 3 days at 600... Lost 14lbs and 5% BF... I would not have believed it, but I watched the whole thing. DNP is an amazing fat burner!
I posted this on IFL, but thought Id toss it here too

All of the weight I lost was bad weight (muscle). The problem for me was that my BBT went too high causing loads of issues. After sh*tting myself for 4 days and running a 103 degree fever I got to hear from everyone I ran into about how much smaller I looked. I cant count the number of times I was asked if I had been working out much lately (implying I didnt look like it). I was even told I looked skinny if I didnt have a big chest. I have tossed the idea of DNP around again but dont think I want to f*ck with losing gains I worked hard for. Fat is too easy to lose to sacrifice muscle gains that are hard to come by. I'm sure others do well on DNP but I wasnt one of them and who knows whether you will be either.
