High resting heart rate comments pls...

    My resting heart rate is in the 90's. Should I be concerned? I'm doing a Test E & Prop and 68" @ 225 w/ 10% BF.

No. normal heart resting heart rate is between 60-100 beats per minute. Some athletes have rates in the 50's. You are in the normal range so relax.

I would say it is a bit on the high side...but chill...you may be making it worse with nerves. No worries.

My GF's a nurse and she said that you'll be fine. Incorporating more aerobic exercise into your workout could be your solution to getting it lower. If its continually increasing you might consider some HBP meds.
