Cycle Fat A$$?
Ok guys, I am kinda at a loss here. Maybe this is common. I started at (6'2 201 9%) I am my first cycle of test e 500mg per week. I am in week 9 of 10. I train hard 5 or 6 a week, diet is in check. And I have put on some decent size I am now at 6'2 224 13%. I dont understand??? I put on fat (and a considerable amount) is this normal. I am using nolva and l-dex (anastrozol) I am using the tanita electrode scale wich does BF and its saposed to be accurate up to .01%. Maybe this is normal? help a brotha out! did I **** up somewhere?

of course you can expect to put on some fat, but how much is dependant on how clean your diet is. I wouldn't worry though, it's harder to gain 10 lbs of muscle than it is to lose 10 lbs of fat.

How do you look in the mirror? Or in a photo ?
I'd trust a mirror or a photo more than I would a tanita scale.
With the amount of water your probably holding, that'll throw that scale way off on its body fat measurements.
But, if you did gain that much....say you lose 2lbs a week, that'll only take 5 weeks to lose it.

If you put on fat, it has to do w/your diet.
Examine that.

Yea, I do look bigger but my 6 pack is gone and Im a lil pudgy on my lower back. BF is definately higher. but I will amp up the cardio and start a clen regimine.
