You should make good gains as long as your diet and training are in check. No, that dosage on the dbol is fine.

First cycle was 500 of test e a week for 10 weeks

looks good d bol and test is a great and cheap mass cycle i think it is underrated and effective your dose is good except for test 1,000 wk for first cycle i would go 250 and 500 ,750 and after about 6 weeks go 1000 looks like a good cycle definitely a mass cycle bro keep calories protein and carbs high lift hard you will gain 1`5 to 20 pds easy do proper pct 14 days after the last test shot and remmeber doing pct keep calories high tell natural test comes back good cycle bro salu the legend continues .

save some gear and run this.....
Weeks 1-12 500-600mg/week test
Weeks 1-5 30mg/day dbol
no need to double your test dose from your last cycle. As for what gains to expect, thats up to you and your diet....not the gear. with a good diet, 15-20lbs easily.

i doubled it cuz this is my last cycle for a long time so i want to gain a lot of size and strenth.... my goal is at least 30 think i can?

Agreed with the test issue, but dbol is fine. I would actually go 30-40 a day for 5 weeks.
