I've never used synthol, and I never will. I like the bicep split on the top of the bicep, and judges look for that and take points off if you don't have it. (a sure sign of synthol use)

Swole's forearms do not lag his upper arms anywhere near the way Valentino's forearms lag. Greg Valentino's forearms look like little twigs under those freak-ceps of his. I think that is what makes them ugly... not the size but the fact that they don't belong there. They don't "fit" in the big picture. If the forearms, at least, were big enough to do the biceps justice, it wouldn't be so bad.
