week10 approaching, hate food!
This is my first cycle, first bulk, I never felt this way torwards food. I cant stand it, I feel sick all the time, I think its from eating alot more than I normally do.
I just dont feel right, have had trouble sleeping,(i think due to eating alot around bedtime)
waking up full not wanting to eat, forcing myself to eat, feeling like sleeping right after eating, its such a task to eat 6 big meals aday.
sorry, i know i sound like a bitch.
what do you guys do? did you ever puke from eating so much>?

ive never puked from eating 6-8 meals a day. how much weight have you gained so far cuz thats what makes it worth it.

ive puked before. I gag alot to. But you just have to do it its all worth it at the end

yeah waking up first thing in the morning and trying to shovel down 8 egg whites makes my stomach turn, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

as previosly said how much weight have you gained? whatare you eating"what does your diet look like" as for sleeping if you are running a.s.s. you may have trouble sleeping. this happens to me during every cycle. it is normal for me to feel like this during a cycle. sometimes if i know i am wired i take 3mg melatonin it works like a charm for me. as for the eating just suck it up literally and get it done. i am sure you will be pleased with the results.

so far ive gained more than 30lbs, i know some fat and water, def some lean mass.
ive been eating alot of groundbeef, some days around 2lbs when i have it, I tryed eating a clean bulk, but I just cant do it, so to get more calories ive been eating a broader spectrum, frozen pizzas with chicken on top, tons of protien powder, if i make a shake in the blender I will throw in alot of oatmeal, fruit,whey, olive oil.
For post workout right after i hit the gym, I drink 50grams whey plus 100grams of sugar, I know I need fast acting carbs but I dont have any fructose besides grape juice, i would need to drink alot of juice to = that much.
My diet must be pretty high fat, moderate carbs, high protien. carbs are hard for me to ingest.
I use to weigh over 330 with no muscle, I shed to 225, that took a good year.
Then I started eating better and went up to 250-260, I started my cycle at 265, im up to 302. But I look so much different when I was so fat.
Im 6'5.

how often do you do the B12 injects and how much. I hate looking at food as well. That first shake in the morning when I wake makes me want to puke everytime

ive never done a b-12 injection, I have tablets, i may start taking those.

500 mcg/day. and I can eat like a graborator
best part is it is over the counter and real cheap.
cost me less than pills

i just mixed it into my juice... it helps takes the "sting" away...
