running sus 250 at 1/2ml every second day along with deca at 400mg a week shot tues mornings and friday afternoons. Its been 11 days now. Improved in my progress a bit, but was just getting a little anxious as to whether it hasn't kicked in fully yet and i will blow out pretty soon.
Been training for over 6 years, qualified gym instructor and eating well and getting plenty of rest. This is my second cycle after a prop, winny one in feb/march this year.
