i got one for ya guys.. i keep asking ppl at the gym about fat and it being on cycle.. they keep saying u wont gain any fat while ur on cycle.. is this true? so i shouldnt worry about fat ? whatever weight i gain will be muscle?
i dont eat much usually couple meals a day

tuna in water + cabbage red + white + 2 tbsp taco sauce 10 kcals

full grilled chicken + grilled onions

1 piece wheat bread + mortedella 2 pieces + mustard
could i get any fat off those foods? i rarely cheat i usually have 2 bags of peanut m&ms per week sometimes powerhorse sugarfree![]()
