1. about 15 pounds. bench went from 275 to 315 first month
2. about half
3. 400mg test per week (T400) 30mg d-bol weeks 1-4
4. acne
5. I'm not sure
6. I was happier with 2nd cycle. I took more

Oh yea, I used clomid for PCT. Don't remember how much.

1) 20-25 lbs
2) 10 lbs (2 months off w/ no weights)
3) Nova, Clomid
4) Acne, agression and out grew just about all my cloths
5) Some joked about it but no serious accusations
6) Oh yes came close to a 400 lbs BP
7) 3 Months
8) A serious 4 months
9) Nope

1. not finished but, so far gained 17lbs.
2. wouldnt know yet but i bet not much at all.
3. Test Prop and winny cycle, nolva and clomid pct
4. Just growing out of my clothes too fast, spending more on buying new ones.
5 I would assume so, i dont tell anyone i am beside my g/f so i dont know.
6. Extremelly happy with results so far.

answering tycins request for question #1. i started the cycle at 6 foot 1/2 inch tall. 186lbs. now im up to about 205. loving it.

First GOOD cycle:
1. Twenty-Six
2. Seven
3. TE; EQ; DBOL
4. I stunk unless I took two showers a day. Oily skin the first month. No Acne though.
5. My friends and fellow body builders who knew their ****.
6. Very
7. Well, two weeks from now will make it about 3.5 months
8. Years, on and off, but years nonetheless.

your getting into.
The guys on this board would be better served if you gave us your stat's
age, and what you want to accomplish. Then some direction would be readily given to you.

My motivation.. Actually I'm thinking about doing a mild cycle like test e 250mg/week for about 12 weeks. Or should I up to 300-350mgs? I want good results but I don't want to get too big too fast so that it would be obvious to people that I'm on AAS. Besides I'm also a little affraid that my acne will blow up really bad. I know you can't tell me what results I will get, so I just want to see what your first time experiences are. I hope this is OK, and ofcourse I will do more research on my own. Please don't flame me.

anyway, 250 is a little low. for a first cycle try 400 or 500mg
test per week. that is a good start, test only

agree, make sure u get some nolva to run thruout and some clomid to run with nolva for pct.

I get the impression that 400-500 mgs test is much. I don't wanna be a hardcore juicer. I may reconsider the dose anyway. My first thought was that a low dose could do the trick and make me some quality gains (10 lbs?) but maybe I'll regret. I'm not sure how my body will look like with only 10 lbs more weight. A low dose doesn't seem so scary in a first cycle though.
I don't know how my body will react to test and since I have some problem with acne I thought it might be wice to keep the doses low/moderate.
Age: 22
Weight: ~183 lbs
Height: 180 cm
I have been working out on and off for the last 2,5 years. I have been off for long periods though. I have been more serious this year. I have done great gains as I was quite skinny before I started traning/eating (~152 lbs).

10lbs wont make you look like a hardcore juicer. I just told people I had been working out really hard and eating heaps. An even if they do suspect, who gives a sh!t, its there fat arse loss IMO....

I advocate low dose cycles id say 300mg for a first 12 weeks sounds good

ACE- do you see SEANW's Avatar. - He is a "hardcore juicer"....j/k. 10 lbs. won't make peple suspicious. Don't worry. People are quick to judge when someone looks better. Its just how it is. Listen to dive kid and try that. That was my first real cycle and it worked good for me. Some people asked what I was taking and I told then it was creatine, and it makes me look bigger cuz there is more water in my muscles. They bought it and within the next wk. everyone was asking me what brand of creatine and **** I had. Don't worry. Chill out and get educated BEFORE you decide to do anything. I have never regretted cycling. In fact, it broke barriers in the gym, and in turn I guess I broke barriers that I was struggling with in real life. ~thats just me though. Think about it.~

Well I think he is educating himself to some extent in this thread. I hope your doing more research than this though. Also, do you have a decent base to start out with? Have you done what you can naturally? You should be looking at everything. I suggest if you want smooth natural looking gains you stay natural.

I totally agree and I won't give a ****.
10 lbs is not that much. 15 lbs during 12 weeks would be just fine. Some new clothes would make it less noticeable as well. The most important thing is that I feal good about it myself.
MER: No, honestly I don't think I've done what I can naturally. Now you'll probably advice me to go naturally? Why is this so important? We all have our reasons to juice, right.. I have decided that next summer I am going to have this masculine look on my chest through the sweater, if you know what I mean. If I was as "big" as I am when I'm pumped up and tighten my mucles I would be on the right way. I can still grow when I work out and sleep properly and get a lot of rest. But I don't have vacation all year round - and I never will.
My results come in periods. Usually when my job don't get me exhausted etc.
I haven't reached my goals because I lost focus during a new job, I got catabolic (I was exhausted every day for several weeks) and I stopped working out for six-eight weeks at the same time. I started working out and felt like I got smaller i the beginning. I could feel the testosterone level wasn't high. That's why I first started researching AAS!
This is maybe 8 weeks ago. In a couple of weeks I think I'll be back to where I was. Now my goal is to get ready for some gear. Maybe I don't actually need it but now that I know so much about it I love the thought of it.

Well I know what you mean bro but if you honestly think you can gain alot more naturally I would keep building my base naturally. Trust me in the end you'll be thanking yourself. In the past being natural I was accused many many times of being on the juice, from everyone. I wasn't asked, I was accused. I could overhear people on the flat benches saying "**** I could never curl 60lb dumbells like that at his age" while I was curling. I feel that I was ready to begin, but you seem unsure bro. I'm not raggin on ya, just trying to give you some advice.

I guess there is a mental preparation going on in my head. I never ever thought I was even going to concider this. That's just me: Too d#mn reflected. I think about things forever before I make up my mind. I ask everyone before I conclude. But I am sure I am ready for some test. I am only a little worried about my acne will get a lot worse.
When I know everything - I am ready to shoot.
