    is this any good

    on my first cycle some russian d-bol 5mg 4 at 10.00 and 4 at 5.30 training 4 times a week sun,mon,wed,fri will i see any benefit from this i want bulk manily

    That is not a very good cycle. Oral only cycles will give you some size and strength in the short-term, but when you stop your gains will go bye-bye just as fast as they came.

    You need to do some research then re-evaluate your goals and your decison to use steroids.

    Yea what he said.... No really dude do some research, def. need some form of test as a base.

    why are noobs so reluctant to use test?
    d-bol alone wont do it for ya. a lot of water and the gains will
    be lost fast. try a test only for a first cycle. It will make you happy.

    I think for a newbie...'testosterone' is a pretty scary word...

    As you guys know, often a newbie doesn't want to become a 'monster' but 'just make some solid and maintainable gains' and they have a predisposed idea that 'TEST' will make you a monster--so they decide to do the 'milder' stuff, which in itself is a uneducated decision as all the experienced guys know. In the end, it all comes down to a lack of research and education.

    Bro, run some test at 400mg/week for ten weeks. With proper diet and training you will see incredible gains on your first cycle.

    should i stop the d-bol and use some test 400 like you said
    please help im all in mess now dont know wat to do

    forget the d-bols. stick with some good ol` test. btw whats your age and weight? 500 mg testo should give you decent gains and quality. 12 weeks should be long enough too.

    i got an assiment done at the gym i lost aload of weight before starting to train i was 13 stone 2 then went on atkins diet for a few months now weight 10s 10

    current weight 10'10
    height 5'5
    body fat 14,7
