glute shot?
if a glute shot is done with a 1' ind needle and if the 1inch leaves a lump around the area does this mean that the juice is not going to effect has good or you just lose the benfit of the juice???? i shot test 250 just started to use a 1 1/2 because was not sure if 1 was realy working.

If you are noticing a lump there immediately after the shot, it is more than likely due to the needle not being long enough. You do need a longer needle to penetrate into the mucsle. Your shot is not wasted, it will just take longer for your body to absorb it. But you do not want to keep on allowing this to happen.

Actually the bump could be caused by a number of things;Not injecting far enough,Poor injection technique,Gear with a high BA %, Bacteria on the vail top or needle= slight infection.........hot bath and a massage will work wonders ...............good luck bro.

1 inch is too short unless you have low bf, use 1.5

If you have a 1 inch needle do delt shots. A lot easier to do.
