Allergy Medicine?

I can have some harsh allergy's sometimes for months on end. Like runny nose/sore throat/tight throat/congestion.

Does anyone take any allergy medicine or cold medicine ex. Sudafed,clarinex,etc. while they are "on". What is something that has no effect on the liver if you are already taking an oral. Also something that wouldnt effect bp etc. Thanks.

Uh, I don't know if it's harsh on the liver but I really love claritin. Kicks in fast and works very well.
